Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to half the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Our cancellation policy extends to gift certificates. If a client misses a scheduled gift certificate appointment without giving prior notice, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased in person or by phone at 512-556-4886. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you.
Purchased gift certificates may be upgraded for a longer appointment session.
(Ex: Client purchases an additional 30 minutes to add to their 30 minute gift certificate to have a 60 minute session.)
A purchased gift certificate cannot be broken down into multiple sessions as that changes the original dollar amount the certificate was purchased at.
(Ex: 60 minute gift certificate must be redeemed as 60 minutes. Not two 30 minute sessions.)
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and are non refundable regardless of reason. Gift Certificates are non-transferable between therapists.
We ask that you mention your Gift Certificates when your appointment.
All service sales, retail sales, and gift certificate sales are final.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
We ask that you please silence your phone before your session so that our other clients (and you!) can remain undisturbed during your time with us.
If you are ill, have been ill in the past week (cold, flu, contagious illnesses) or have been around someone with a contagious illness, we ask that you wait to schedule/reschedule your appointment for a different date.
Although we appreciate your business and your well being, we have clients who are susceptible to illnesses and we take it upon ourselves to keep the environment they are in as clean as possible. We are happy to accommodate you when you feel better!
Can you receive massage during pregnancy? (Yes!) Can your ankles be massaged?(Yes!) Do you have to be in the second trimester before receiving massage? (No!)
Massage is safe during any stage of pregnancy. provided that the client is healthy. There are a lot of myths regarding pregnancy and massage. Please feel free to ask our massage therapist, Erin, any questions you may have.
